Smoking
We want our guests to enjoy a wonderful day exploring our park without the discomforts and health hazards of tobacco smoke. As a smoke-free property, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park respects the health of guests, staff, and animals. We ask that all guests abide by this rule and refrain from smoking while on our premises. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, mini-cigars, pipes, water pipes, hookah, shisha, and cannabis. It also includes the use of electronic smoking devices which create an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form.
Park Conduct
We take pride in prioritizing the safety and enjoyment of both our guests and animals at Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, and Safari Park. We ask that all visitors follow our conduct guidelines, which are in accordance with City of Litchfield laws and Federal law. Any behavior that disrupts another guest’s enjoyment or is seen as harmful to any of our animals may result in immediate ejection from the Zoo and could lead to prosecution.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed anywhere in the zoo or aquarium. We take pride in ensuring our animal are well attended to and the introduction of a pet can create anxiety in some of the animals. The only animals allowed in the zoo are certified service animals. Be ready to show your certification at the ticket window.
Service Animals
At Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, including those who rely on service animals. To ensure the safety of our animals, service animals are restricted from certain areas of the zoo, such as those with free-roaming animals, and all non-public work areas. Code of Conduct
As a guest or member, you are required to comply with the Arizona Zoo’s code of conduct, and safety rules and are cautioned to heed all warnings. Please note management reserves the right to refuse admission, control occupancy, eject, or ban any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, disruptive, offensive, harassing, or inappropriate or threatens the health, safety, or well-being of Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, and Safari Park animals, staff, volunteers, or guests. Causes for ejection and ban from future visits include, but are not limited to, causing harm both physical and mental to Arizona Zoo animals, staff, volunteers, or guests; entering an animal exhibit or touching an animal without consent; lewd conduct or language; sexual harassment; disparaging comments based on protected characteristics; littering or deliberately damaging property; soliciting; or consumption or possession of illegal narcotics or weapons (real or imitation). This covers behavior onsite as well as via phone, email, and social media
Pets
Pets are not allowed anywhere on Zoo property.
Swimming
Swimming in any Zoo waterway is prohibited.
Crossing Barriers
Entering restricted areas, or crossing public barriers, will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the Zoo and prosecution.
Do Not Feed the Animals
Our animals are on specialized diets; any additional food can seriously harm them, or provoke severe retaliation by more dominant animals.
Free Roaming Animals
Please do not approach or feed any of the wild birds (peacocks, birds, kangaroos) or animals who live at the Zoo. Animals may become aggressive towards visitors and may bite if approached. Unauthorized contact with zoo animals may cause injury.
These Items Are NOT Allowed in the Zoo at ANY TIME
Frisbees, balls/footballs, water guns, illegal drugs or controlled substances, external alcohol, firearms, fireworks, weapons, rollerblades/skates, skateboards, barbecues, radios, bicycles, tricycles, scooters, balloons, or any other potentially harmful items at the discretion of management.
Photography
During your visit, you may be filmed, taped, or photographed by or on behalf of the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park. Your admission to the Zoo serves as your permission to use, record, reproduce, broadcast, sell, and distribute for any purpose any photographs, video, digital, audio, or other recordings of you that may be made at the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park during your visit. The commercial use of photographs, video, and film images of the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park is strictly prohibited without the full written consent of the Zoo.
Surveillance Cameras
CONSUMER IMAGE POLICY AND GUEST AWARENESS for the safety and protection of our guests, various areas of the Zoo are under video surveillance.
